Pure of heart (Challenge Post)

Posting deadline : 25th April 2020

The fey were for the most part gentle guides as they made their way through the forest towards the valley of Tir Na Nog. The group were silent as they were escorted at spear point through the wooden land and soon the ground began to slope downward towards a flowing stream.

They joined the stream just as it began to widen and soon they found themselves clambering over jagged rocks towards a wide pool fed by the running water and a distant waterfall running from a cliff face in the opposite direction.

The Fey wasted no time and stepped out onto the water. Balar frowned as he was nudged to follow and then realised that there were hidden stones beneath the surface that formed a pathway across. With a shake of his head he and the others followed, making their way across the water stone by stone.

At last they came to the other side where the waterfall flowed forth into the pool and many of the Fey jumped through disappearing seemingly into the stone face beyond. The male leader of the Fey gestured for the group to do likewise.

"The falls of Tuer Lyon are the only passage through to our home. If your heart is true they will allow you to pass without hindrance."

"And if we are false?" Tiella asked nervously.

"Then the waters will judge your fate."

Tiella shrugged and was first to jump through the falls, closely followed by Balar.

OOC: Anyone who has not jumped through by the deadline will be deemed false by the waters of Tuer Lyon and removed from the party. (On the other side you will find a grassy clearing filled with all manner of flowers and insects).
