OOC - Confusion and deal

Cali looked up at Olin and pouted. “Oh she’s a dear. She would trade shadow and light for flesh and blood. Luna, I may have some telling questions to put to your shadow slave. But I'm not sure we will find enough similarity between our magic to make him compatible to my needs.

” is there another trade you would prefer. My staff is out of the question until I can speak to the shadow and fiber out if it's even possible to lift the protective spell for a short time. I suggest a trade of information what do you think I suggest?” Luna said. She was a a bit confused as she only wished a lesson in magic.

Caligari was breathing heavily when she grabbed Olin’s hand, putting a stop to the very public display of gratitude. She held his palm in hers and considered Balar. He was right of course, but she wasn’t sure there was anything they could do to make the Ice Giants view them in any better light. A boar in heat or a boar roasting on a spit - it may just all be the same to the giants.

She gestured and Olin leaned in to hear her whisper. “Save your appreciation for this evening; I am not yet finished with your fawning fingers. In fact…” Cali steered Olin by the shoulders so he was facing Luna.

“Moonchild, I am curious - why is it you think you’ll find yourself willing to listen to Olin’s council concerning the control of your magic when you’ve always shunned my own. Even so, I confer upon you the company of Olin for an hour. This evening. I only ask that I be allowed to watch.”

Luna was aware of Cali and Olin's more adult interact but was not at all interested; she wondered what Cali thought she was suggesting with her request. That was until balar got at them and Cali started to talk to her. She turned her attention to Cali. ” why do you call my Moonchild and other names besides my own?” she asked at first answering Cali’s question with a question of her own.

She was only buying herself a few moments to come up with an answer. She had to think. ” because you scar me, Cali. You remind me of my dad and there's so much pain in your eyes I.... I just don't know how to react to you are approach you” she said looking away. She did not like admitting to a weakness.

She was silent for a while until she hurd Cali’s answer and her condition. ” we're going to work on controlling magic a don't think that will involve any umm.... You know” she posed her face turning red at the thought. She focused back on Cail ” if you want to watch I don't care however it will be a fairly boring hour for you. Out of curiosity what would it take to free Olin how do spells like that work, you have lived longer then either of us perhaps you know something about those kind of spells” Luna said.

OOC: though I would give Esimed’s format for replies a try. Did I get it right Esimed? Not sure weather or not I like this format.
