Chaos.... Chaos Everywhere!

Erik’s attack was interrupted as once more an explosion knocked him off balance, his weight sending him smashing through a tree.
As he recovered, the horns of war sounded as Jotun battle cries were heard. Erik felt what his kin must have felt as well, Fenrir and his wolves.
In his mentally weakened state, it was no battle for his primal urges to surface. The others could handle the intruder for sure.
Grabbing his hammer, he listened for the source of his new foe.
The swell of magical energy brought on by the ice elf claiming the shards of the staff got his attention as well, confusing the savage jotun. Giving a mighty roar of battle lust, he charged to his would be killer.

Kespin had finished reading for now, to many distractions.
Tucking his journal away, he was surprised by the sudden explosion of Luna’s staff. Several shards found their way near him, which he promptly picked up and hid. With how useful the axe shard had been, who knew what boons could be gained from these.
As the Jotun seemingly gave in to savagery, he sought to find Cali, the woman knew how to keep a head during such times.
“My queen, it appears that Tiella’s death has broken the team and you have proven yourself very capable in the midst of hurt feelings and blood. What will be our path?”

Theo pulled back from the fight after the explosion, things were going from bad to worse and now the ice jotun were coming out of their camp to attack.
He had personally thought his death would involve more of him being a badass instead of a slave stewing in a pot.
If he were to survive, he would still need the group to survive, but it looked to be a four-sided fight.
One that his captors would most likely lose.
Choosing his plan as Erik charged, he swung his swords to cut down a tree sturdy enough to do the job. Kicking it to send it crashing down quicker, he smiled as it tripped the giant, sending him crashing to the ground.
Thinking this would earn him some points for saving them from the beasts battle rage, he felt his heart beat faster when Erik turned towards him with fire in his eyes and a growl that sounded of a thundering landslide.
