Water and Favors

Saito was walking back from getting fire wood, when he heard the ruckus in the water.

How bothersome.

He rushed over to the water and dived in. He grabbed Whitney by the arm and hailed her ashore. The others emerged their heads above the water.

"What do you think you are doing? Blood sucker." One asked. Saito dropped Whitney to the ground and walked over to the edge, they backed up.

"Lets just get this straight, if you cause harm to her I will personally return the favor to you." He said, baring his fangs. The nymphs made a hissing sound and quickly went under water again. Saito turned and started back toward the cottage. He wanted to get back to Megan.

"Why... did you do that?" He heard Whitney say. Without turning he stopped and said:

"Don't get the wrong idea, your useful to me and thats it... I will be expecting you to return the favor when I ask." And with that he walked away to return to Megan's side...
