OOC - Umm, Hello!

Hi, I was just wondering about a couple of things; such as when the next contest would take place, and also, for some reason I can't edit my character to add a photo?

I keep being sent to the error 403 forbidden page: "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /games/3484/characters/22963/edit on this server". I just wanted to know if anybody knows why this might occur.
