OOC - Introductions

When you introduce your character, you can either have them just receiving their letter, or on the train to school, this way we can all see the sorting ceremony. Also, there isn't a chosen one, like in the Harry Potter series. Actually, there are smaller groups of the whole. Some will be good, some bad. But that's the fun of it.

However, do not go off of the corresponding Hogwarts houses to say if your character is evil or good. In fact, just because a student is a Slytherin doesn't make them evil, therefore, a Thunderbird isn't evil. Look at Snape and Pettigrew. Pettigrew, a Griffindor, was evil, but Snape, a Slytherin, was one of the most courageous characters in the series. Honestly, for a long time, I thought a Thunderbird was akin to being in Griffindor! LOL.

I think that, because Ilvermorny is the most democratic of the Wizarding schools, there should be evil in all the houses, not just one. No one is turned away, if the school can help it. And it doesn't matter if you are pureblood, half and half, or no-maj born because that was left in the Old World. Here, it is your choices that determine if you are evil, not your blood purity or house or family.
