Physical Appearance

The Colonel is a tall, muscular man with dark hair and eyes. Always seen wearing his uniform.

Personality and interests

The Colonel is determined to see the return of the G-Army and reestablish Galbadian control over most of the world. He vehemently detests the New Galbadian Republic, calling them "subservient dogs." He also hates SeeDs, seeing them as children wielding power they have neither the skills nor maturity to properly implement.

Colonel Radek Zephyr has always been a loyal soldier to the G-Army and Old Galbadia. He served as an infantryman during the Sorceress War and rose through the ranks, becoming a colonel during the events of Final Fantasy VIII where he led numerous troops loyal to Sorceress Edea/Ultimecia.

When the Trabia Accords were signed Radek refused to disarm his troops and went rogue, however thanks to the efforts of Squall Leonhart and Balamb Garden he was swiftly apprehended and sentenced to life in prison for crimes against the New Galbadia Republic and its allies.

He has recently managed to gain control of D-District Prison and is currently holding hostages and demanding release.
