GTT: Wall to Wall

“Holy shit.” Devin commented as the walkers trekked on. If they thought the traffic jam was bad, it was nothing compared to the pandemonium that was heading towards town. “Seems like everyone had the same idea. I haven’t seen a crowd like this since my mom took me to Disney World when I was a kid.”

Droves and droves of people were heading to town, already fighting, arguing, racing each other.

“Forget getting any supplies.” She complained.

Rodrigo had figured a few people might leave their cars, but he hadn’t expected the mass of people. “Looks like the New York City Marathon.” There was one road leading into the town and to say it was crowded was an understatement to end all understatements. His shoulders slumped. “Well, we can try a few more miles back that way. I don’t know what we’d find, but I know we aren’t going to find anything this way.”
