OOC - Confused

Okay, so I probably should have just emailed everyone, but I am confused as to who and what. Granted, the post may have been written intentionally that way, in which case, excellent writing! But a few things that I failed to understand.

1.) Nan

A character I missed? Or something that is character related? If it is the latter, then disregard this.

2.) Group

I read previous posts and it seemed you all were together. Is there actually characters in different places? I kinda writ it as y'all were there.
