Jacob lets his eyes adjust to the bright sunshine, focusing on the gentleman walking this way. The man seems oddly familiar, but he's heard that name before.. or did he? Everything about this man feels like a distant memory, but Jacob can't seem to focus on it.

As the man approaches, Jacob steps forward, hand extended.

"Hello friend, I'm Jacob Laberman. I hear I have you to thank for helping bring Juan here to the embrace of Mother Surin. Thank you."

He shakes the man's hand but almost feels like he should hug him... odd.
