The Path

"Where, Cage? We're in a forest!" Kayle hissed as she tucked her shirt into her pants and began tightening the belt she always wore. "Damn it! Why didn't anyone tell me being a girl meant everything was...smaller!"

Pinky chirped and gestured with his beak toward a path in the forest that they could follow.

"Well, that's better than nothing..." Kayle whispered.

Mona was already on it, sending helpful booster spells to Squall and shooting other damaging ones toward Rinoa. "You shouldn't have come here!" She seethed as Zuzu enhanced their skills the best he could.

Mona would do all she could to keep Rinoa distracted.
