JP - Pool Safety
"Heart break will do that to you" Ryan replied looking over at her "are you alright?"
“Yes,” Megan sighed softly. “I just worry about Colt and…Thrane is horrifying…” She shuddered as memories of the man struck her. “He’s very strong and very scary…”
"I won't let him hurt you" Ryan said squeezing her hand.
“It’s not me I’m worried about…” Megan said, squeezing his hand back. “It’s Colt and my cousins and you and everyone else I care about. I’m just a cat girl. Thrane has easily overlooked me, but…Colt is strong and has his wind power. He’s a walking target.”
"Then we'll all stick together and watch each other's back" Ryan replied "Thrane won't be able to lock me up this time."
"Thank you, Ryan." Megan said, gently kissing his cheek. "You're You're very sweet man."
"That's because I got a kind soul like you watching over me" he said his face blushing "since meeting you it feels like I've got someone to fight and live for."
Megan merely smiled and wheeled him around the place. “Anywhere you want to explore?”
"Any chance this place has a pool?"Ryan chuckled "I can't remember the last time I went swimming."
“I’m not sure,” Megan replied. “I haven’t explored that far. Wanna find out?!” Her voice sounded excited. Of all the cat people around, she strangely liked swimming.
"Let's do it" Ryan nodded feeling like a little kid as he rolled alongside her to find the pool.
Megan and Ryan would search around for a bit until they finally found a door that said “Pool”. Opening it, they would be met with a huge room, a large pool sitting in the middle. “Woooow.” She said.
"It's so big" Ryan said with a smile as he got excited.
“Bet you can’t wait until you can swim in it, huh?” Megan asked with a giggle.
"You know it. Do they have any swimsuits?" Ryan asked, looking around.
Condoms, bathing suits and swim shorts fell from the empty air in front of the pair.
Megan blinked and raised an eyebrow. "What in the world?" She asked, very confused. "And are you even safe to swim yet? You're still healing."
Ryan looked at the shorts and condoms in front of them before looking at Megan “yeah as long as I don’t over do it and don’t use my powers.”
“Okay, but you gotta be careful. If I see you looking like you’re gonna fall or get hurt, I’m gonna drag you out of the pool and take you straight to Juno.” Megan warned.
Ryan nodded and looked at the swimsuits “should we go change then?” he asked gesturing to the changing room.
“Can you change on your own or should I get someone to help you?” Megan asked, still uncomfortable with the idea of being naked with a man again.
“I can manage” Ryan assured her as he rolled into the male changing room to give her some privacy.
Megan hoped he would be okay as she went into the female changing room and slipped into the swimsuit. She was happy it was a one piece, self-conscious of the deep scars left on her from Cain’s assault. She could handle the one from Canestone, but what Cain did…just seeing them in the mirror as she changed brought tears to her eyes and she had to turn away.
Once done, she would wait out by the pool for Ryan.
Ryan exited the changing area in a simple pair of trunks. Scars could be seen all over his body from the different punishments and experiments over the years. Standing up he slowly walked over to where Megan was taking notice of her. “You look amazing” he spoke softly as he blushed.
Megan looked at Ryan, her own blush appearing before she looked away. "Th-thank you!" She mewed. "Y-you l-look amazing t-too."
Ryan smiled still blushing as he lowered himself into the pool. Letting out a sigh as he felt the cool water on his skin. Looking over to Megan he spoke "jump in the waters great."
Just before she was going to jump in, Megan heard the alarm. “I wonder what’s happening?” She asked.
"No idea reminds me of a lockdown alarm whenever there was an escape" Ryan said.
Ears twitching, Megan slowly slid into the water. “I’m no combative person, so I can’t help.” She said as a member of the Underground looked into the room.
