Her heart sank when she read his note. Now she didn't even have a way to tell him that she wouldn't be able to make it. She decided to leave him a note as well so he wouldn't be just standing around wait on her. She was sure to write how sorry she was and that she would make it up to him asap. Signing her name with a little heart she stuck it next to his and hurried to her next class
