Power

Powers: Her powers a re still unstable due to being an incomplete clone. She has toxins build up and must be removed over time to avoid sickness and death.

Unique Physiology: Her new state is very basic, almost primal. Her body is completely encased in permafrost. She is not made of ice but she generates organic ice-like cells which make up her changed genetics.

Cryokinesis: She can generate ice spikes to spear her opponents, kill an ordinary human with her freezing kiss and/or create a ice storm powerful enough to freeze everything, killing multiple people.

Heat Absorption: Frost is a so called "Heat Vampire", to stay alive, she must regularly absorb heat. The most efficient way to satiate this "hunger" is to absorb the body heat of others.

Superhuman Durability: Caitlin can survive a shotgun shot to the stomach without serious damage.

Abilities:
Genius Level Intellect
Science: She was S.T.A.R. Labs' youngest and brightest scientist. She can solve difficult equations in a single day's time, as well as repair and operate heavy, energy generating machinery.

Weaknesses:
Power Instability: Frost will die unless she regularly absorbs heat. This extends to areas of extreme cold for too long. This in turn makes her immune to overheating.

Allergies:
Frost suffers an allergic reaction upon consuming cinnamon. Without an antihistimine, Frost can suffocate due to her throat swelling.

Brief Bio

Frost Bite was made using DNA samples of Killer Frost by Ra's al Ghul and his group. She was one of many attempts to make an army of controlled super powered beings, that sadly failed due to the lack of technology needed by Ra's al Ghul. When he foresaw to many failures he left the project and began another one hoping for better results including kidnapping and doing human experimentation. Sadly his old labs were either taken over by outsiders or abandoned due to lack of funding and resources.
Frost Bite was rescued by chance by Agent Orange and his team of female heroes. Ironically she imprinted on him and needed his ability to remove toxins from her body that made her sick and age faster. Since her memory was limited she made it a point to learn from Agent Orange and be one of his students. To avoid being confused with Killer Frost she picked a new name, Crystal Blue aka Frost Bite.
