OOC - clarification on the inn

The be clear on the inn it is in a 'neutral' zone even warring areas in real life have these. they are not always neutral that's not possible but it falls under no ones true rule how ever it does have to follow some rules. Such as someone with documents saying the property is being searched or proof of royal guard status some things must be bent to accommodate that. again such as room searches, hanging wanted poster, or property search or things like illegal items (such as drugs) or stolen goods like wine, cheeses, blah blah. Things that are on a illegal goods list for export or import. as far as magic goes. the only magic the inn keeper uses she doesn't actually use her inn has a few logs made from trees know to be magic (not the whole thing) that makes magic used in the inn less potent. as for Newt he is somewhat of a golem. but again it doesn't follow under anyone's true rule just a few laws must be followed to be allowed to continue operation.
