The count is dead...Long live the Count.

The Innkeep grunted preparing a second helping of the shepherds pie had cooking in a woodfire oven.
Dorian tilted his head at the new stranger in the inn giving a analytical look. He knew something was off as the strangers clothing showed a weary travel...but is poster was to proper for a woodsman or even a mercenary... -Perhaps a young Noble's son to afraid to go home?- the voice rang. Dorian rolled his eyes and ignored his teacher.
Dorian then pulled a small note out from his bag. The parchment was fine with a gold leaf border and the now broken seal held the banner of Mori. Dorian gave it another look over.

~Dear SIR,
I've sent you this letter to inform you of our Fathers Passing. The Town Mourns his loss deeply. Your needed at home by request of the count. I hope this letter finds you well and Be Careful on your ride Home. The count is dead... Long live the Count.
Your 3rd brother - Marshall~

Dorian sighed after he read it and set it down as the Innkeep gave him and the new stranger some food. He started to dig in wolfishly forgetting the manners hammered into him by his nanny.
-so hatchling...what is so wrong with this letter that it stops you from returning to your birthplace?- his teacher echoed. This time Dorian answered in his head ~Marshall is probably the smartest brother... besides me of course... and we shared a love for riddles and puzzles. So whenever we wrote letters to one another we tended to slip in code... This one is my design. You start the letter with SIR to indicate "Something Isn't Right" Then you look for improperly capitalized words to hint at the problem... From this something wasn't right with my father's death, there's an issue with the castle town, I am to be cautious as I ride in, and that all of these problems may be caused by the new Count...my eldest brother Dominic.~ Teacher paused for a long moment -So that's why you stopped at a town a few days ride from your own estate and the capital...Incase you decide you need help- Dorian smiled "Exactly" he said out loud finishing his meal.
