If Not Why Not?

So this one may be a little controversial but we have number of games out there that people have not signed up for and I thought it would be an interesting exercise to post these games up and discuss why people chose not to join. I will say up front that I am doing this without approaching the mods of those games but also that I am doing so with no judgement at all on the quality or content. Some of these games I think are excellent or could be with the right support and direction. I have chosen them for one single fact and that is they have no members. Who knows it may even encourage some people to join them and get some of these games off the ground and if not it may give the mods some feedback to enable them to make their current and future games more accessible.
I have omitted games in the current new games section for obvious reasons. So lets keep the feedback respectful and constructive and hopefully I wont get strung up for doing this ;D
