Success?

Captain Cosgrove ordered her men to cease fire. "Have the boy drop his weapons and he can leave!" Begrudgingly, he did so and left on the creature quickly. Lana made sure the prisoner was secured but handled carefully. She'd seen the way the girl moved and didn't trust she didn't possess any jedi-like powers. She had a female trooper search her closely and feeling it was safe, escorted her at once to Commander Luando.

"Commander," Cosgrove said bringing the captive straight away, "this is the rebel we captured on Denon. She moves with the grace of a jedi and even without a proper blaster took out a whole squad on her own. I believe she'll have some valuable intel. Shall I remain during questioning or should I return to Denon regarding the other item we discussed?"

She yearned to remain and be near Luando. She loved watching the commander work. Lana never really had parents, no one she considered a proper father or mother figure. She respected and looked up to her commander but it was more than that. And she suspected it wasn't just an adoration for a strong, feminine role model. She'd caught herself staring at the commander more than once and hoped Luando hadn't noticed... unless she had and had liked it.
