Great Desert of Skulls

A few days after the encounter with Sk'elep, who now travelled as a companion to Sister Locust and was currently laying outside her pavillion, Islana sat in a rug inside her travelling abode, facing a semi circle of her closest advisors and the heads of the largest Septs.

The last of the largest oasis was not far and a decision had to be made on what path they had to take afterwards.

"Last count tells the Horde is now ose to five thousand strong." Agizul started. "Once we reach Rarak that could reach six."

"Word had reached us that several of the Hel's Maw Gems are gearing for raids along that coast as far as Ostiarium." Amastan added. "However we cannot really count on a concentrated effort from them although they will be another enemy the Helians will have to contend with."

Several of the older heads nodded in agreement. Izdärasen leader of the Edast Sept spoke after. He was the leader of one of the most wealthier clans in the Desert with ties across the land.

"My people sent word that mercenary groups from as far as Barren Top and even some Broods from the Still Valley are answering our call. Gold for Blades and Blood. Another few hundred on that front will join the Horde outside the walls of Ostiarium." He said bowing to Islana.

All that was left to do now was to start discussing what to do after Rarak. Travel south or to Fang. Or even divide the Horde and meet again in the shadows of the stone city.

They all looked at the red haired young woman ready to offer advise and listen to her words...
