Sentinel

Gonyaul blinked. He seemed to loose himself into nothingness. Everything blacked out for what seemed to be forever. He had blinked and his senses did not function any longer during that moment. He wondered if he was still alive or dead, or if it is just an illusion or if the life he had was.

A sense of vertigo washed over him when the world came back into focus. The first thing he saw was the stone in his hand had turned completely black. When he looked up from it he saw the silver warrior pointing her sword at him with a pleased smile on her lips.

He was vaguely aware of other people around him but had no idea where he was and why is friends were not with him.
