Born on the ice moon of Nix Caeca meant two things. It was cold, and your view was boring. To make matters worse Portus Call was one of the smaller cities.
During his early career he was part of Operation: Empty Rain. An attack on Paradigm Pharmaceuticals. To disrupt the project dedicated to hijacking clone engrams and inserting false memories in attempts to cause turn-coats.
