The war has begun

The Army of the Lords' Alliance has been gathering at Waterdeep. A third was sent to Daggerford to bolster their defenses.

The Emperor, after converting the citizens of Baldur's Gate, began converting the surrounding area. When his army reached Daggerford, they encountered significant resistance. The Emperor recalled the Dark Urge and his companions to lead the charge against Daggerford.

When news of the attack reached Waterdeep, the gathered army marched in full on Daggerford. The battle has been raging for weeks. Each time, more reinforcements arrive, they are sent directly to Daggerford. The Open Lord of Waterdeep, Laeral Silverhand, sent a human sorceress to gather more warriors and adventurers to defend Daggerford.
