Chrysler approached the docking bay at full speed, it was departing without him!!!!!!!!
"Chrysler to docking bay, permission to land"
"This is ground control, a little tardy lieutenant?"
"Look I've had a really bad day, just open the smegging doors!"
"You're coming in too fast, slow down,"
"YOU EVER TRIED DOCKING WITH A MOVING SHIP? IF I SLOW DOWN YOU'LL LEAVE ME BEHIND!!!!"
he had a point, thougth the flight controller, "Ok I'll open the doors but if you crash you take full responisibility!"
"Hey trust me i've never even crashed a starbug!"
noone had ever landed on the flight deck of a ship that was moving as fast as the dwarf was now, but Jay was determined, he saw the doors open, and the landing lights leading the way, he deliberatley hit the engine cut off off and on again, causing the ship to backfire and making a 2 foot flame erupt from its six exhaust pipes that he had fitted during the customization. jerking the control stick quickly to the right, narrowly missing the edge of the bay doors, and swinging into the landing zone, pulling the throttle back as hard as he could, he swung the ship in a 180 degree turn and brought the ship to a halt between the regular Blue Midgets and the Starbugs. Jumping down from the cockpit, the engines were still whining, as he waved to the control tower. the voice of Cmdr Niples came over the ships com.
"Very Impressive Lt., but if you ever pull a stunt like that again, i'll have you busted down to ensign quicker than you can say 'one more pint owen! now you're late you should have been aboard 6 hours ago, get to your station on the double!"
"Aye sir...." Jay slinked out of the Landing bay and sprinted towards the drive room.

After walking around PAris for nearly three hours, wearing nothing but a roll of Police picket tape and a sunflower, Jay rememberd that the two crew members he was looking for Alota and whitewolf, were probabyl at the tribunal, cometo think of it, the ship was leaving in a few hours too, oh smeg smeg smeg smeg smeg!!!
at that point Jay noticed a rather wealthy loking couple coming towards him , thinking quickly he jumped behind a parked volkswagen hover bug and waited for them to pass, he pounced on them, stealing the mans clothes and wallet.
Legging it down the street Jay heard french abuse being hurled at thim from down the street, he hid amongst bushes in the park and changed into the suit he had just 'borrowed'
and dashed to the Charles De Gaulle shuttleport to catch the next flight to England. Handing over $£30 at reception, trying not to look too obvious, he took his tickets and ran felling as though all eyes were on him, soon however he was aboard the shuttle, heading back to England, he'ed pick up a spare uniform and his Custom midget and head back to the dwarf within the hour. oh well at least this adventure had gotten his mind off Lauren

Chrysler stood on the end of bournemouth pier, looking out to sea, in the rain. A few days ago, when he'ed dropped Phil off on the Isle of Wight, and narrowly avoided colliding with badly piloted Astro Blaster blue midget, he'ed been looking forward to seeing his girlfriend, Lauren and finally seeing his baby.
ON arriving at her flat, another guy answered the door, the babys real father, Lauren had been seeing someon else all along, in fact she had been even before Jay was assigned to the Red Dwarf, let alone the year in between that and the Blue Dwarf. "Oh well" Jay thought in his usual casual manner "Plaenty of fish in the sea, most of 'em aboard the 'Dwarf." he turned and walked back towards his flat "All I need now to top of a fantastic week is for the captain to win the tribunal"
sadly Jay had already lost that bet too, he just didnt know it yet. On his way back to his flat he bumped into his best friend from school, Paul thay hadnt seen weach other for nearly 5 years, so they went for a quet drink together......... Jay woke up the next morning in a bush, wearing police picket tape and a sunflower he had lost his Space Core uniform, his wallet, and even any idea of where he was. Oh wait a sec, there was a big iron tower, the Eiffel Tower. Oh smeg.
he figured he'ed better try an find commander white wolf of or alota, he knew they were here somewhere, perhaps they could lend him a few dollarpounds to get back across the English Channel, and some clothes would be nice too........................
