Ok - Jacky, there really is no need for you to stop posting, or for you to delete posts where they conflict.
What normally happens in these situations is that we simply find a way to ret-con the post that conflicts to make it fit. Particularly when it's something's minor, why should your post go to waste? You've spent enough time writing it!
We all make mistakes- and if what I'm thinking is happening, that your writing you post as the other person is finishing theirs there's really not much you can do about that - maybe refresh the site before you send just in case!
Otherwise, just read everything before you post, because it can be frustrating for someone to spend time writing something for it to be ignored. But likewise, you shouldn't be afraid of writing either!
( and believe me, we've had people who pay much less attention to what's happening than you do)
