Projectile weapons aren't banned, just remember the 100lb force limit, robots' weapons will be tested to make sure they aren't too powerful... (now everyone builds big armored robots 'cause there's no limit on that...) (also should've been a limit on "preconstructed materials" - I can just imagine some wag taking a mech trooper and calling it their robot even though they just got bought it from Stewie's android department...)
