Ones enough

Who: Eve, Jasmine, Jasmine and Phil, Phil, Mini Phil, Tara, Jay,
Jay... not sure who else... sorry.
Where: On the other BD
When: Just before and when the real Phil voices his plan.
Eve was the first to step onto the gangplank, her hair still its
natural blonde, her eyes back to their normal blue, the drunken
redness had gone, she was in her black cargos, army boots and a
black JMC uniform top, complete with bagdes mainly to show off she
was head of the Science Department.
Jasmine was right behind her, she was in her medical uniform,
without the gloves, mask and coat though, everything else in her
closet wasn't the right thing to wear. Dean had gone shopping for
her last and had thrown out anything that covered her body.
They walked onto the other BlueDwarf together, stepping in time.
Jasmine stopped and held Eve's arm, the teenager looked around
thinking her friend had seen the other them instead she spoke.
"Do you think I'm still with Dean?"
A woman bumped into the two girls backs, they turned around quickly,
Eve and Jasmine shouted at the same time.
"Why don't you watch where you're going!"
"Sso sor sorry about that." The woman said her head still down, she
was too scared to look up.
Eve felt sorry for her, whereas Jasmine was just staring at the
redness of the hair, it was as bright as hers, Eve looked at Jasmine
then back at the nervous girl who was still looking down.
"I'm Eve and this is Jasmine, Jasmine Starbolt, we're from the other
Blue Dwarf thats docked here at the moment, we've come looking for
our counter parts...." She stopped there, the girl had looked up she
looked exactly like Jasmine, except that she didn't hold herself as
tall as the real Jasmine, this one was shy and timid, not smileing
and shrinking into herself.
Eve was gaping at the girl, Jasmine was gaping at the girl, the girl
was gaping at Eve.
"You're alive!" She gasped before throwing her arms around Eve who
looked over at the real Jasmine dumb founded.
"Of course I'm alive, do I look like a hologram to you?"
The real Jasmine stood there with her hands on her hips, she should
be the one getting attention she thought, it was her double after
all.
The other Jasmine pulled away and looked at Eve's uniform and then
at Jasmine's.
"Your in the Science Department, you hate science... well here you
did, you thought it was boring and how did I, I mean you join the
Medical Department, I only joined after Eve died."
"What was..." both girls started, Eve went first.
"What was I then?"
"You and I were in Security together, you died saving my life, I
couldn't bare being there without you, too many memories, I can't
even hold a gun to this day so I transferred to become a nurse."
"Well that's my question answered then." Jasmine said, still a
little annoyed at the lack of attention.
"How did you get into the Medical Department then?" The other
Jasmine asked the real Jasmine.
"Oh you know, after dad and mum died it seemed the sensible thing to
do." Jasmine replied not wanting to go into anymore detail.
"Mum and dad are dead in your dimension!"
"They're alive in your dimension!"
"I'm dead in this dimension!"
The three girls stood silent for awhile after that, but for only a
short moment or two.
"I was on my way to see the captain, you could join me if you like."
The other Jasmine suddently said.
The three walked off still all feeling slightly awkward. It didn't
take long for them to get to Captain Tara and the others...
<SNIP> "I havent worked out all the kinks yet..." Phil said "But If
we can get one of your explosives inside the main reactor It'll blow
the thing apart. I can lead a team from both ships on an assault,
the tough parts just getting inside" <END SNIP>
"Count us in!" The real Jasmine and Eve chorused
"Arh me too." The other Jasmine said quietly
"You'll have to carry a gun." CT explained
"We're ok with that." Eve spoke for herself and the real Jasmine
The other Jasmine looked at Eve, then Jasmine and back to Eve.
"I'm ready."
"EEEEeeeEeeE E e!"
"What did that little pervert say?" Jay's eyebrows rose looking to
Phil
"He doesn't think the girls should go, too dangerous."
"I agree." Geeky Phil added.
"Come on Jay, you gotta let me go." Eve pleaded
"I date Dean, isn't that enough proof I can handle anything."
Jasmine pointed out
"And I have the training." The other Jasmine was sounding a little
more brave.
"What do you say guys?" Eve awaited an answer.
