Who: Kara, Smith, CK, Britney, Johnny & others (mainly anon NPCs)
<SNIP>Then outta nowhere a high-powered laser blast hit her and she
was flung off the hovercraft. She sailed through the air for a while
and landed with a horrible thud that went right through her. She
laid there in a daze unsure of what to do. She only hoped that the
others would go on ahead.

Another beam hit the anonymous NPC hovercraft pilot in the head, the
force knocking him in the opposite direction that Kara fell. Johnny
and three other NPCs, including a medic and two security officers
dived off the craft as it slowed down. Britney grabbed the controls
of the craft and continued it along its course, being able to dodge
the ships attack. Smith and CK started to fire back at the ship, as
Johnny and one of the security team ran to Kara, while the other two
ran to the pilot.
The pilot was badly wounded, while Kara's light beam took only minor
damage.
"What the hell do you think you're doing, Johnny?" Kara yelled.
"My craft is still not too far away, so we can use it to give the
others some support." Johnny replied. "Let's get moving now."
As the six of them made their way to Demon Destroyer, they fired
their small arms in the direction of the overhead craft, which
decided to follow the hovercraft.
They soon made it back to the Demon Destroyer, and Johnny jumped
into the pilot's seat, but Kara forced him to take a co-pilot's seat
instead. "I'm taking command of this," she commented.
Johnny obeyed, seeing as she was the higher ranking officer and a
very capable pilot. Johnny and the other pilot operated the guns,
while the medic and the two security staff jumped into the hold.
"How you doing, Kara?" Holly's face appeared on screen. "A welcome
change to his ugly mug."
"Nice to see you too, Holly." Johnny replied.
"Oh, didn't see you there Johnny." Holly replied nonchalantly.
"Well, let's get this show on the road." Kara announced as the ship
lifted off.
Half a minute later, the GELF ship appeared on their screen.
"Wow, that is unlike anything I've ever seen before." Announced the
badly wounded NPC pilot. This was his last words as the GELF ship
turned it's attention towards them.
Brian Bathgate, one of the security team, dragged the pilot into the
hold and took his seat as Kara and Johnny were firing at the GELF
ship. Kara managed a miraculous dodge as a beam almost hit the
cockpit.
"Brown trousers time." Everyone barely heard Hollly's whimper above
the alarm klaxxons and other miscellaneous battle noises.
Meanwhile, Britney, CK, Smith and some other NPCs were able to
concentrate on the ground forces.

OOC: hope I haven't bored anyone to death (except any evil GELFs or
Hypmontera) and I hope I haven't confuzzled anyone or messed up
their storylines.
