OOC- Promotion!

OOC- Hello to all crew!
For too long now we've not had a chief engineer, but it is now time
for someone to stand and take the responsability for repairing the
old rustbucket known as Blue Dwarf. A mighty task, but one man can
make it happen......
Mark McJohn is promoted to the position of Chief Engineer! I'll
change the job description on the crew roster :-)
