What's A Jedi?

Ebony stares at Serenity, blinking a few times. "What's a Jedi?" She asks. Most of her life she has spent hopping from ship to ship and landing on different planets. There have been times where the word "Jedi" is said, but she never did pay much mind to them. It never occured to her that a Jedi could be a person.

Ort, not seeming bothered by any of this information, makes a happy little chitter toward Serenity. He soon hops onto her and quickly climbs up her arm to reach her shoulder where he nuzzles into her.

"Seems like Ort likes you, though," Ebony continues. "What's so bad about you being a Jedi? I've heard the word, but never taken the time to ask about it."
