Fresh Air and Getting Off Early

River tilted her head to the side as she contemplated the store they were in. "Yeah, I've seen this place be open at odd hours." She muttered with a smile, adjusting her backpack. "I'm going to step outside. It's a bit...warm."

Turning, the dark skinned gothic left out the front door and found a close by bench to sit on. The cool air outside felt nice as she waited for Serenity and Tam.

Max smiled at Bonnie. "Oh I know you could've come got her, but I was bored, figured I'd..." He looked to Bonnie again. "We... would come see you and say hi. Maybe ask if you wanted to hang out later?"

When Max looked to her, Bonnie licked his cheek once and purred happily. She was very content upon his shoulders.

Kevin's grin broadened. "That would be awesome! I love hanging out with you!" He blurted and turned to look at his boss. "Hey, old man! Can I leave since it's so slow? I'll put the birds to bed before I do!"

Stefan let out a laugh and waved to Kevin and Max. "It's fine, Kevin. You alvays do good work." He explained.

Turning his attention back to Max, Kevin offered a thumbs up. "Yeah, let me get the birds to bed and I'll be right out."
