12.06: Ni-Bump-ght

The expedition into the lake had been a bust, the sensation did not increase at all. She knew that this man made lake was incredibly deep so deciding that going in too far when she couldn’t swim was a good decision.
The mage who had first contacted her had said that ghosts were echoes of dead people, they faded over time. He had conjured that light thing as the magic in it could nourish a ghost.
There were thousands of videos on how to swim, after the first hour or so they began to blur into one another. They had a pool out in the grounds at the rear of the house, and a proper indoor swimming complex too, so they must have instructors.
When she took a break she realised there was no sensation of what she had felt earlier.
