07: Ayala

Ayala watched in quiet fascination as Bernice went through the displays, trying to keep up. She feared she'd ever understand how such things worked. But she didn't have to know how something worked to understand that it worked.
"Together." She said when the explanation was finally done. "Learn. Together. Is what I say. Ayala...."
She hesitates, then looks around the room as if searching for something before she tries to continue.
"Ayala teach. She finally says, speaking slowly as she chooses her words. "Teach my words? Un-der-stand Ayala. Un-der-stand Ayala, help Ayala un-der-stand......"

Ayala's words trail off as she looks at Bernice hopefully.
