Jack didn’t feel the need to leave contact details as they clearly knew who Allora was. The doctor had reported the assault to the appropriate authorities and that should do the trick. As the passenger seat in his car was in need of a deep clean it was decided that Allora should travel with Jamie.
Jack had to pace himself to make sure he didn’t leave Jamie behind as they drove back to Westchester. The journey was an ideal opportunity for getting to know their new charge, and for her to get to know them, and hopefully what would be her new home.
