Islana crests the large dune slowly. These hills of sand are difficult to transverse, sapping at already dwindling strength reserves. But this was needed. She was tired and weary of the revaluations on this mad journey.

Despite the effort it would pay to be cautions while she approached the towering plume of black smoke. Once she created the dune, while trying to keep low against the got sands, she looked on a strange scene. A small oasis with a few palm trees lay 50 metres ahead. The trees were on fire. She saw a small tent smouldering, and a couple of bodies laying face down on the sand.

She thought she caught the glimpse of movement over the dunes past the oasis but when she darted her eyes towards it the sun blinded reflecting against her gaze for a split second. Whatever it was, if real, it was gone now.

Viher words of challenge came to her mind once again.
"Find my sister, if you are worthy. Follow the trail. Beyond the burning trees past where the Skara dwell...Find Yther. Or don't...
