Joe ran down the meteal walkway leading to the Space Eagles
hangers. "Alert, all remaining pilots respond to the threat" kept
being repeated down the ship. Joe jumped in a Space Eagle MK-2 and
took off, narrowly missing the sides of the hanger exit. "Backup has
arrived!" he yelled into the radio, releasing yet more ammo into the
bodu of the repulsive and ugly worm.
