More slug slushie

<ooc: good to see you back becca!>
Who: Rosette, Shakespeare, Wildflower, and anyone else in the blender
with said others.
When: About the same time as all these other posts
Where: in a big blender... seriously, where else would it be?.
"Oww, oww, oww" Rosette kept uttering, as the crowded blender kept
forcing people into her injured shoulder, the sling being pushed and
pulled around until it gave way, letting her almost limp arm swing
down.
"owww!" she yelled again, trying to force people away with her good
arm, allowing Shakespeare to stand up.
"are you ok?" she asked, leaning against the side of the chamber of
impending death.
"I be'est no worse than our previous situation." he admitted, being
stuck in a blender can't be considered much worse than laying in a
near death condition in the gutter of McDonalds.
"We need to get out of here..." she said, a thought that had crossed
everyones mind at least once so far today. She looked around, up at
the plastic ceiling, and outside.
"Oh... my... god..." she said, in an almost perfect impression of
Janice from Friends. All she could see around her was a sea of
Blenders, each with members of the Blue Dwarf crew inside them, each
and every person banging on the sides to try and break free.
The Blender next to them activated, whirring up like a... well,
blender. The crew inside screamed as the blades tore into them,
turning them into a red mush, that was then drained off to somewhere
else, all Rosette could do was look in horror, as she dreaded who
would be next.
She closed her eyes to think, without the terror that she'd just seen
in her field of view.
"Thou art armed!" Shakespeare cried out, noticing the Knife on
Rosettes belt. The large knife sat in its sheath, a blade designed
for cutting. As soon as Shakespeare had cried out, she'd reached
down and pulled it from its home, smashing it against the side of the
Blender with all her strength.
It cracked, ever so slightly. She smiled, seeing the damage she'd
caused, she doubled her efforts, and slammed the blade against the
side again. and again. and again. Eventually, the plastic broke
away, letting the putrid air of the planet in, followed by the smell
of death, blood, and slugs.
Spurred on by the cheering of Shakespeare, and several others in the
blender now, she pierced through the plastic with her blade, and
using the slightly jagged edge, that would normally be used to tear
into flesh, to cut through the poorly made plastic. The walls of the
blender began to buckle as the cracks spread, the weight of the
crewmembers inside adding to the stress. After a while of more
smashing, and tiring attacks at plastic, the Blender gave way,
spilling its contents out into the street, everyone piled out onto
the ground beneath them, just in time, as the blender activated
moments after the last crewmember left. The blender blades spinning
up to speed, nothing to impede their movement.
"Thou be-est mine saviour twice in one day!" Shakespeare proclaimed,
almost hugging Rosette.
"hey, hey.. get off me" she complained, pushing him away, his hugging
putting pressure on her wounded shoulder. Shakespeare moved away
apologetically, almost bowing to her. Everyone from the Blender
moved together, Shakespeare almost forcing Rosette to go first, as
his saviour. Carefully they made their way towards the edge of the
forest of Blenders, the stench of blood getting stronger as they got
to the end.
"Rufus!!" Rosette called, seeing the young scientist throwing a vial
of something at a blender, the goo burning its way through the
plastic. She made her way over to him, eager to help in the escape
plans. Shakespeares wounds began to impede him less, the blood
having replenished itself somewhat, allowing him more cognitive
thought.
