Rosette - "Inspiration"

<snip>She disappeared to the back of the medibay, and returned shortly after wearing a nurses outfit, much to Justin's amusement, and Mini-Phil, if he'd been around."God, that still hurts like hell.." she managed, although the spiders legs had now vanished. She took the chance to leave the medibay, making sure that she wasn't followed... heading back to her own room to find some of her own clothes and to work on her promise to seymour...</snip>Rosette punched in the code for her room, and vanished within.  The mirror on the far side of her room, although cracked from the earlier Hymenoptera episodes, she could still use it.  This time though, she wasn't interested until she caught her own reflection in it.She stopped, and stood in front of it."Wow, no wonder so many guys have a fetish about this..." She said, checking herself out for a second.  She soon decided it would be better to not be wearing something so.. enticing... and got some of her own clothes out of her wardrobe, which was now looking a bit sparse."damn bug..." she muttered, making a mental note to get some more. She slumped down on the only chair that was in her room, though it was a pretty nice armchair, and even relatively comfortable.  A thought of going away on a holiday really appealed to her now, but there was no way the bug in her head would let her visit a beach or something without scaring every other beach-goer by turning her into a bug.  All of this was creating serious trouble for her, almost turning her mad."Stop it, leave me alone!" she yelled at no one in particular.  She jumped up from the chair and punched the mirror so hard it shattered into hundreds of pieces, some of which ended up jabbed in her hand.  She pulled the larger pieces out, and ran it under the water from her bathroom to ease the pain and clean it all out.  She revelled in the feeling of the pain, giving her some reprieve from the nagging of the bug in the back of her mind. She opened the cabinet above the sink, and pulled out the bandages that were standard issue in all crew quarters.  Wrapping it around her hand, she got back to work, picking up a notepad and pen, she jotted a few things down on it before heading back out of her room, towards Seymours.-------------"Oh man, I had no idea it was so bad..." she said as she entered, still remembering the code to get in from when she stayed there a long time ago.  Luckily, the most expensive parts of the room were still mostly intact, the grand Piano especially.  She wandered over to it, and sat on the stool, running a finger along the ridge of the key-guard.  She flicked the dust away, and lifted it, to see the still pristine keys below.  Clicking her fingers, she began to play Mozarts fifth, hoping to get some inspiration for getting the room fixed up.<tag/tbc, whichever happens!>Windows Live Messenger: Happy 10-Year Anniversary—get free winks and emoticons.
