Looking out of the window, Jade saw an endless expanse of desert, broken only by the immense construction work of a large pyramid. Slaves used anti-grav sleds and were ordered about by men wielding armour shaped like falcons and what could either be a jackal or a wolf amongst other designs.

"Where on earth are we?" She looked down at her hand. In it was a tube of suntan lotion she was sure she didn't pack, but couldn't quite recall where it came from.

Everyone else had begun to appear in the desert, in the vicinity of the Pyramid that was being built. Grav-sleds carried large stones up the slopes to their resting places, pushed by slaves. At least, they looked like slaves.

Jade had appeared in a building, it's origin or use unknown at this point in time. She gazed out of the window at the construction efforts, while several familiar people began to phase into being, energy crackling around them before they awoke from some kind of daze. Jade assumed familiar to her own ordeal.

At the base of the Pyramid was an opening. It looked like it hinged on the top surface, and pillars of stone and marble held it together.

Just outside this entrance - for want of a better word, it seemed like an entrance to the construction, were two robe-clad men. They looked old, had long hair and carried staves of wood, some kind of priest, most likely. Surrounding them were what anyone would call soldiers. Each of the soldiers carried a staff of his - or her - own, though they looked very different to the weapons, or walking aids of the priests. The soldiers weapons were metal, had bulges on several places that meant they could be anything. Energy weapons? Weighted clubs? Who knew.

Alex had appeared within the pyramid entranceway, the pillars flanked him, though no one else appeared to be inside, or to have heard his appearance. Many of the other crew were not so lucky.

Jamie had appeared in the sandy expanse between the building and the pyramid, garnering much attention for himself by the crackling blue and purple energies around him before he sat bolt upright and screamed.

Several of the soldiers moved from their positions around the priests, and spread out to surround him. They lowered their staffs, obviously energy weapons as the tops cracked open to show glowing crystals that sparked with a similar looking energy. Instinctively, he raised his hands in a show of submission.

"Identify yourself." One of the soldiers demanded. They sounded human enough, even though their metal armour gave them what looked like animal heads - anything from birds of prey to wolves, bears and other such predatory animals.

"My name is Jamie. I am with the Space Corps." He said instinctively. During his service, it had been drilled into him that he worked for the Space Corps. No length of time on a jungle planet would remove that from his mind.

"Never heard of it. Get up slowly and come with us." He said.

Together, the soldiers marched Jamie towards the building. Jade could watch from her window, but from that distance, there was nothing she could do to help, nor would anything she did have meant anything.

"Where are you taking me?" Jamie asked.

"You'll find out soon enough." was the reply he was given. He glanced around as he was marched out of the sun and into a building. He couldn't see any of the other members of the Blue Dwarf crew - and more specifically, he couldn't see any of the Roo, or the Hit marks. That was a relief, if nothing else.

As the door closed behind him in some kind of prison cell, he wondered if everyone else had been given such a warm welcome.

If the guards didn't, the sun would at least offer a hot welcome...

<tag guys. How do you fare? Only commented on us 3, because we are the only ones to have explained our appearance fully so far, in terms of a useable location.>
