D'Arcy-Jada Longwood's knees shook as she fired on the giant robots in
McKenzie's. This was her first mission and she wasn't ready for it. Her head
still hurt from the Captain's party and she didn't think she'd be too useful.
Still, the chance to shoot the shit out of something... Yay!
The rounds seemed to have no effect on the big things.
That was when the giant armadillo came out. DJ rubbed her eyes, backing down.
That's it, she thought, no more drinking.
DJ turned to Penny Lloyd. "Please tell me you're seeing that."
Penny kept the grenade launcher aimed. "I see it, Gov."
