OK guys and gals, here are the results of the robot wars tournament. Those of you who have robots in the competition, scroll down past the spoiler space and see which robots I've picked to win, then you can write your posts on how the battle actually went. And those of you who haven't submitted robots - well, just delete this message, or if you really WANT to deny yourself the suspense of reading the battle summaries...
(The reason I'm sending this to everybody is because I'm still missing one or two designs so I'm giving even the people who didn't submit designs (as well as teammates of those who happened to submit for their team) a chance to get this.)

Fortunately all the robots managed to survive to the REAL challenge that actually counts for something (well maybe the pinball tournament does too, but how would it be scored?), the ELIMINATOR MATCHES!
**Eliminator Match I**The winner is... Armorzilla!
**Eliminator Match II**The winner is... Kamikaze!
**Eliminator Match III**The winner is... Antibot!
**FINAL**The winner is... Kamikaze!!!
(So it didn't really matter anyway, Kamikaze won both matches. What did you expect for a robot that moves at the speed of light under AI control? Sorry this became a mere superlative match ("My robot weighs 1000 tons and can move at the speed of light!"); I could have had the lightspeed actuators fail, but that wouldn't quite have been fair either. So please don't hold grudges [especially Team Rocket, uh, Security]. By the way, I was going to give it to the Swarm until that lightspeed thing came in...)
