lip. "I'd be honored, sir."
"You don't have to call me sir, you know."
"Sorry, just nerves, I guess," she stammered. "I
haven't been on a date since before I died, and that
turned out to be a disaster with a capital 'Oh smeg!'"
"It's just Parrotts," White Wolf assured. "No smeg
included."
Allie grinned again. "Man, we'll be the talk of the
bar, won't we? A hologram and a huge space hamster,
out, together. It should be quite a sight." She
paused, feeling embarrassed at her nervousness. "I'll,
uh, see you then, okay? At Parrotts."

"Yep, I'll see you in Parrots at 7.", Replied the huge hamster
pausing nervously for a moment and then continuing, "I better go
check on why security hasn't gotten that Runaway elephant yet".
He quickly turned and nearly collided with Ashley as he hastily made
for the drive room exit.
The paused out in the hallway, as he thought "Now what do I do, now
that I've finally got a date?!? Um... Um... Shoot... I haven't been
on a proper date for so long, that I can't remember!!! I know, I'll
ask Alota..."
The huge hamster started to walk and then suddenly stop in thought
again,"Wait a minute, I can't, Alota's in Big Brother... Maybe I'll
ask Tara... No, no, She's also in there too... Let's see, I can't
talk to Seymour because he's in the drive room, and that would be
very good to talk him about what do on a date right there in front of
Allie, and Keto and Jay are also out, because thier also in Big
Brother too, and Shakespeares' now Larry, so he's out. Hmm, Who else
could I trust that doesn't get eliminated by big brother..."
Holly came up on a nearby wall monitor and interuppted his thoughts
by saying, "The Security department wishes me to report to you that
they have captured the runaway elephant per your instructions."
The huge hamster replied, "Good, tell engineering to repair the
Medibay doors. Oh, and to set up someplace to keep the elephant until
me and the Captain decide what to do about with it."
"I have an IQ of 6000, am I to be reduced to merely being everyone's
messenger services... perhaps, you would like to hear my suggestion
for your problem?"
"Ok, Holly. What is it?"
"You could set up a really nice petting zoo for the crew, and put a
few of the crewmen in there too." remarked Holly.
Not getting it at first, the huge hamster simply went, "Huh?"
"Well, some people have commented that some of the crew are
animals..." Started Holly
"Are your making fun of my condition Holly?", replied the huge
hamster with his eyes narrowing, and then walking over to the nearest
fire station, opening it, and pulling out the fire axe, and
continues "Because if so, Holly, I'm sure the new chief engineer
would be very interested in seeing a royally peeved First Officer
demonstrate his latest hacking techniques on how to quickly reprogram
a errant computer that refuses to send the messages of said First
Officer..."
Holly's eyes went wide, and he quickly said, "Relaying your messages
immediately..." before disappearing from the wall monitor.
"Hmm. Speaking of hacking, I think I know just who to ask about my
date!" muttered the overgrown, as he put the fire axe back.

<later, in the Science lab>
The huge hamster walked in, and immediately spoke to Phil.
"Phil, I've got a date tonight, and I haven't been out on date in a
really long time, and I was wondering if you could help give me a few
pointers... You know... on what to do... get... or wear... That kind
of stuff."
