Dirk didn't "borrow" the parts until after Phil had already gone into the Big
Brother house and exploded a clone or two already. So don't blame it on him.
And, if the Captain wants to know a little more about the Allie incident, he can
ask Dirk since he was the one who discovered the threat and hunted Allie down.
