Owen helps

Parrotts Bar was totally flooded with water. All the drunkards had disappeared under the sea of water & beer.
Owen survived the blast by hanging onto the beer keg fixed to the wall.
After a few days, the crew were very distressed and the Dwarf may well sink.
So he decided, that if Jay or anyone that needed help to get this Dwarf back up, Owen is here to help, he will do anything. And if anyone can get in the bar, they can have free beer and free snacks.
