He returns!

Hello all!
I'm just visiting this wonderful group! For once I'm
writing not as Stewie McKenzie.
Oh and AJ, don't bother about the post - it's just
below ...

Niples was observing some mail he received over the
last week and found an odd brown envelope.
"Who's this from?"
On the back it was sent by: S. McKenzie.
Niples opened it immediately and read the letter.

Dear Captain Niples,
I'm having a reasonable time back on earth! Started
another McKenzies store down here in Melbourne,
Australia. Love it, those Aussies do!
I apologise for my abrupt leaving, so I thought I
might repay the ship I miss so much.

Niples looked furthur and found a laminated card. It
had a Legal Logo on it. It read:-
Stuart McKenzie readily agrees to allow McKenzies to
be rebuilt on the Jupiter Mining Corporation Ship Blue
Dwarf. Stuart McKenzies also agrees to lease out La
Regal de McKenzies as ownership of the Blue Dwarf
Promenade.
Then Niples turned on the back, where it had another
legal notice:-
All staff hired during Stuart McKenzie's ownership
will be terminated. A new Manager will be hired. On
recommendation of Stuart McKenzie, Zack Richards will
be the new Manager of McKenzies and Cubie Richards is
now Manageress of La Regal de McKenzies.
The Captain decided to pour all the contents of the
envelope out and found yet another legal notice:-
For his last legacy and inheritance, Stuart McKenzie
agrees to allow Michael McKenzie to be legal owner of
McKenzies, La Regal de McKenzies and own the McKenzie
Living Quarters.
"Well this *is* a surprise!" remarked the Captain.
