Allie drummed her fingers on top of the desk, paying
careful attention to everything that was said. She was
silent for a moment after Dirk finished, thinking.
"Okay, everyone, I've thought this through, and I've
come to two decisions: first one, I'm contacting White
Wolf, and the second, you're all to remain in the brig
until this is sorted out using unbiased individuals.
"What?!" they all gasped.
"You can't do that!" Edwards cried, slamming her
fists on the desk.
"I believe I can, as Acting Captain," Allie replied.
"Space Corps directive 2222-43 clearly states that
'Any Acting Captain's order will be fully obliged.'
Okay, kiddies?"
