5 mins after the paintball match started
 
Note : Phil paranoid level(normally 2) is now around  the 300 mark. See previous posts for the reasons why.....
 
With a sizable chunk of the crew playing paintball, Phil was left to stew over who'd taken the plans to the time machine.
 
"EH, WHY NOT REVIEW THE SECRUITY TAPES." said Saddam from the desk.
 
"Pardon?" asked phil looking slighlty bemused.
 
"The Security Tapes. As you are now head of science you have access to the secrity logs for the science decks."
 
"What about the women lockers rooms?" Asked a hopeful Phil(Paranoia level now 135.5666) 
 
"NOPE. ONLY THE SCIENCE DECKS."
 
Bugger. Outloud he said "Okay replay from 5 mins before your screen was covered till I arrived."

[Phil watched the playback as a lone figure entered his office, his face not visable to the camera, entered his office, picked up a bin, placed it over Saddam, and then placed a heavy book ontop of the bin. The figure the rumaged through the desk, found the "Pictures" of LLoyd then discovered the Time Machine plans, Both were taken and the figure left]
 
Phil realsied that to solve this mystery, It would mean one thing.
 
He would need to ask for Major Harris's help
