Here comes Cerebrum

Who: Everybody in the Ragnarok Docking bay

Cerebrum kicked down the door to the docking bay. Alota was running off
crying, Dean and Armer were getting dragged off by a security guard and Phil
and Jay unconscious on the ground.
"Well, it looks like the situation has been resolved here," he said,
holstering his tranq-o-matics, "Time to get to work."
He walked over to Phil, and quickly put the straitjacket on him.
"Can he break out?" asked someone.
"Of course not," Cerebrum said, "Only an incredibly evil person with access
to huge reserves of adrenaline could possibly break out of this
straitjacket. It is a product of Lowestbidder Incorporated, after all. Now,
let me give Phil a shot to wake him up." He stabbed Phil with a stimulant
hypo, and then pulled out his notepad and pencil.
"Ah, Evil Phil," Cerebrum stated to Phil as he came to, "I have heard so
much about you. Tell me, why are you so evil?"
