New Ibiza
Before the Blue Dwarf gets there
Ronald Seagunt was a very greedy man. Throughout his life he had committed
many crimes in order to get what he wanted. Mainly he’d committed petty
crimes of robbery, collecting enough from burglary and stolen goods
trafficking to get where he was now. Living in an expensive apartment
overlooking a valley gorge in the centre of one of New Ibiza’s continents.
His apartment was fantastic, it had everything, but a bloke like Ronald
Seagunt didn’t like to stay in the same place for too long. It was part of
his mentality that he didn’t like to get too attached to any one place, in
case he got found out and caught for any of his previous crimes. Besides,
this place was burning a hole in his pocket, and couldn’t afford to stay
here any longer with his ‘earnings’.
Which is why he decided to pull off the crime of his career. He would
bankrupt the planet of New Ibiza. Sure this place had been his home, but he
needed to move on, and his lack of morals meant he didn’t care about what he
left in his wake.
Ronald knew that New Ibiza made a fortune every year by tourism, the planet
had many major resorts and its appeal to young people who liked clubbing
meant that many of them took extended holidays here and spent fortunes in
the Ibizan hotels and clubs. Which meant the holiday resort bosses were
pretty loaded, and the holiday resort bosses needed somewhere to keep their
income. The New Ibizan bank.
The currency of New Ibiza was mainly electronic-based, with most people
using their credit cards, and mostly these people were kids using their
parents credit cards. The money was stored electronically in the bank in a
massive 3 storey super-computer that was able to calculate and process the
millions of credits which were being added every second from every bar.
Which meant that all he had to do was to get into the bank and give the
computer the instructions to download all this money into his own personal
computer. The Ibizan super-computer was now a couple of years old so due to
the rate of technology advancing, he could fit the same amount of
information, and credits onto his own tiny laptop.
But he had to get in first, this was the tricky part. Seagunt had drawn up
plans of how to get into the super-computer vault. He had to get through the
electronic forcefield, cross the electronic pressure-pad floor without
setting off the automatic electronic lasers, past another electronic
forcefield- this one with an electronic code, through a chamber of automatic
spinning razor blades and onto the electronically-sound checked vault.
He decided to cut the power and walk straight in.
The power station providing electricity to the bank was a small power
station on the foothills of the Ibizan volcano. The power station created
power from burning gasses soaked into the underground glacier. Ronald had
remembered all this information from his tour into the glacier, where
Seymour Niples, the Queen and Efof had visited a few days before.
Ronald tossed three thermal explosives around in his hands. He carefully put
them on the table in front of him, each of the explosives could blow up an
area twice the size of his apartment block. But he needed three for his
mission just to be on the safe side.
He planned to blow up the New Ibizan volcano, causing it to erupt. The
eruption would be a great distraction for him to commit his crime, and as a
vital part to destroy the glacial power station in its eruption.

He went to kiss her, but remembering her recent wave of vomiting, thought
better of it and went to kiss her hand. The first one he went for was
covered in vomit, so he changed his mind and went for the other. That one
was covered in blood.
What a predicament for a gentleman.
