"Yeah" said Jay, pulling a six pack out of the Phoenixes beer fridge (as seen on tv, no pilot should be without one..). He broke one off and handed to Kara and switched to auto-pilot, letting Kelly, the on-board computer take over.
"I head up to the gym to take my mind off things, clear my head...quietest place on the ship....well..apart from Keto's bed springs" 
"Wouldnt count on it" Kara joked, making an obscene gesture with her hand.
Jay smirked, "but hey" he said "You ever think you can take me on I'll be more than happy to give you a whuppin!"
"Count on it" she said cracking open the lager Jay had given her.
Jay tossed the plastic ring holder from the cans to one side. "you remeber when Dean got his neck stuck in one of these?" he asked Kara
"Only to well..." she said "He went blue, had to get Mini-Phil to resucitate him..."
"If I EVER suffocate and my only chance is the midget..." Jay said "Let me die.."
Kelly's voice filled the cabin through the internal speakers
"Three hours to rendevous with the Ulysee's Jay"
