Back to reality and craziness

> "I'll tell you." said Neville, who was flipping through John's ID.

Kara was now free to leave the hospital but unfortuantely she
passed a room full of equipment and she couldn't help herself. The
next thing she new she was being chased around the hospital with a
scalpel in one hand and a syringe in the other.
Emma was lying in her bed all alone, yet for someone who had
supposedly been attacked she didn't have many cuts or bruises.
Suddenly a mad woman ran past the door way screaming followed by 5
doctors and 2 nurses. The woman then ran back and into Emma's room
and the Doctors ran past. She was breathing heavely and began
staring at the scalpel wishing it was bigger.
''Kara?'' The woman turned around. ''Emma?''
''What the smeg is going on? I thought you were just part of my
dream.''
''I thought Blue Dwarf was all in my imagination.''
''Blue Dwarf? Wait a minute something's not right. How can we both
have the same dream?'' At that moment the TV changed channel because
Emma had leaned on the remote. There was an explosion and theme
music. The show was called Blue Dwarf.
''How come we both had each other in our dreams?'' said Kara. Emma
got up and out of her bed and put her regular clothes on, although
they no longer had the Blue Dwarf symbol on them.
''Come on,'' said Emma,''We're going.'' And the two ran off and out
of the hospital.
A Dwarf, a rich git and a hobo were walking along the street and
were spotted by Kara. ''Are they in costume or something. Hey that
guy's loaded! Maybe he'll by me a gun. A really big gun.''
''Yeah right.....Oh my god. Are they the Smeg heads from Blue Dwarf?
Seymour's a Hobo?''
Dean had realized they were being watched by two rather crazy
looking women. ''Hey aren't they the girls from the game?''
